Thanks for the update! Just compiled it WITH jit on my x86-64 box and seems to work fine.

Well, yeah, I have tried to use it, but while it does compile, I can't make aranym-jit actually work.

If I set a bios, either an Atari one or EmuTOS, and then start aranym-jit, it just hangs. If somebody knows what to do, please, let me know.

You have disabled jit for x86_64. But according to this: http://aranym.org/news.html it is possible since version 0.9.16. I tried it and it compiled without problems. But I have not tested aranym-jit very much...
