post_upgrade script is incorrect and doesn't work. This line: usr/bin/pacman-key -l 7931B6D628C8D3BA || usr/bin/pacman-key --populate arch4edu

should probably be: /usr/bin/pacman-key -l 7931B6D628C8D3BA | /usr/bin/pacman-key --populate arch4edu

I think that is a little complicated for the users to build and install from a PKGBUILD on github.

Anyway, I've updated the wiki and added a section about downloading the prebuilt keyring, checking the hashsum and installing it.

In that case I'd advise to put the PKGBUILD on github (and probably update your wiki, since users are still pointed to manually importing the gpg key).

I used to think in the same way, until I got 2 issues reporting that sometimes the gpg servers are broken.
Then I decided to add this package to provide an extra option to import the gpg key..

I wonder about the existence of this package, when:

  • the arch4edu wiki and archwiki already mention to import and sign the (single) repository key;
  • the last commit was 2 years ago, and
  • having unofficial repository keyrings on AUR is not really related to AUR or overly specific.
