@netroy I don't really think there is any problem with the icon. You don't want to make a custom product nor a custom software You just trying to integrate the official Arduino IDE with the logo icon on Linux desktops. However if you still want to use the community logo, Well I made a better PKGBUILD based on that one which I'm gonna post it here.

Pull Request for Icon
The icon just looks horrible specially on the Desktop Environments that use big icons. for instance the GNOME DE. I modified your PKGBUILD and added a proper Icon integration to it. please replace it with your PKGBUILD. Here is the link. Cheers
