ART takes a very long time to build. This package helps users save some time.

  • Please check ART Downloads for binary availability before reporting out-of-date.

  • Initial run of new releases may take a long time.

    • Run in terminal to see messages and reassure yourself it didn't crash.
    • Some Gtk messages and warnings are safe to ignore, especially if not using GNOME.

  • Avoid flagging and commenting for the same issue at the same time.

    • Flag for common issues with standard solutions, including version bumps and minor packaging adjustments.
    • Comment for issues requiring explanation or debugging. Use a pastebin for blocks of text more than a few lines.

  • aur.chaotic.cx has packages built from source.

    • art-rawconverter, art-rawconverter-git. Targets x86-64. Not identical to AUR packages. Custom packaging was needed to fix some issues.
    • art-rawconverter-avx-git. Targets x86-64-v3.
