Need to set APPLICATION_HOME to /opt/artemis (in the launcher scripts /usr/bin/art / .... /)

I get the same error when I try to run art. When I install the tar direcrtly from the source it works instead. I am using java 13.

Hi ! Like Vrob, i have the same error message when I want to run the script act.jar

Any ideas for solve this ?

I have two issues with this package, one of which I was able to resolve:

It seems like aur/log4j is a dependency, as I was getting java errors about org/apache/log4j/AppenderSkeleton not being found. They disappeared after installing the package.
Now, when I try to run either art or act I get the following error message.

$ art Starting Artemis with arguments: -mx2g -ms100m -noverify -Djdbc.drivers=org.postgresql.Driver -Dartemis.environment=UNIX
Error: Could not find or load main class uk.ac.sanger.artemis.components.ArtemisMain Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: uk.ac.sanger.artemis.components.ArtemisMain

Any ideas what I'm missing here?
