I am following the convention from the package in extra, https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/tree/trunk/PKGBUILD?h=packages/aspell-en#n8. If that is an error file a bug report and then I will change this PKGBUILD as well since I don't know clearly why they have written it in that way.

This is an arch=('any') package, as it provides no binaries.
