RE Dornith: I have now done this in 6e1eb7b (0.01.1-2), thank you. (BTW, FTP is still used by almost all the other aspell packages, including those in extra/community.)

I think it would be better to use HTTPS rather than FTP. There's really no reason to be downloading files unencrypted when they have a valid certificate.
