Temporary solution is to force --http1.1

Hello. "rpmextract" needs to be added as a dependency.
==> Dependencias que faltan:
-> rpmextract
==> ERROR: No se pudieron resolver todas las dependencias.
Meaning:
==> Dependencies that lacks:
-> rpmextract
==> ERROR: It couldn't be resolved all dependencies.
Installing rpmextract resolves it.
