Build fails:

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:2 (cmake_minimum_required):
Compatibility with CMake < 3.5 has been removed from CMake.

Update the VERSION argument <min> value. Or, use the <min>...<max> syntax
to tell CMake that the project requires at least <min> but has been updated
to work with policies introduced by <max> or earlier.

Or, add -DCMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM=3.5 to try configuring anyway.

GNHS / KNewStuff has been broken for decades :-( So to build this package is a futile endeavour. And even then, the app/package-host is heavily censored anyway. A perfect exercise in futility.

Install it with yaourt for example and it will ask you if you want to edit the PKGBILD.

micsnare commented on 2018-11-12 21:03 (UTC)

stupid question, but how do I edit the BUILD file (pkg edit)? because it still fails to install/update for me.

mozo commented on 2018-11-06 10:38 (UTC)

The PKGBUILD has been fixed and now the package is compiling with no hassles. Thank you :)
