Failed to build for me, was missing the extra/wxwidgets-gtk3 pkg for wx-config

Hi

  • this need a depends on pugixml and a makedepends on utf8cpp otherwise fails to build in a clean chroot
  • optionally can have a makedepends on vulkan-headers
  • makedepends on gcc and pkgconf is not needed since they are part of base-devel
  • conflicts should list only audacity4
  • several other depends are indicated not needed by namcap; however it could not be 100% correct
