Additionally needs cmake in makedeps:

==> Starting build()...
If this fails, try running cmake by hand, compile with make and then re-run makepkg\n
/startdir/PKGBUILD: line 35: cmake: command not found
==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build().
    Aborting...

Ok, there was a small typo. please give it another go

Thank you, now it fails on generating pkgver:

==> Extracting sources...
  -> Creating working copy of Azure2 git repo...
Cloning into 'Azure2'...
done.
Switched to a new branch 'makepkg'
==> Starting pkgver()...
==> ERROR: A failure occurred in pkgver().
    Aborting...

More exact error:

/startdir/PKGBUILD: line 27: cd: /build/azure2/src/AZURE2-git: No such file or directory

It seems that directories for cd are wrong

@micwoj92 added git as a makedepend as requested. I hope you find this R Matrix calculation software useful.

Needs git in makedeps:

==> ERROR: Cannot find the git package needed to handle git sources.

I don't see an issue with this package. The software is even open source, it's just that they request registration first for some reason. The package only exists here and on their website because we're trying yo make it easier for people to actually install it.

I don't think it makes much sense for this package to exist either way. First "hurdle" being the registration process.
According to repology this software only exists in here, there are also no stats regarding install according to pkgstats.

Sources can be obtained from upstream. The publisher of the package requires registration before accessing the sources.
