Thanks @katt, I probably added it as it's needed for a integration-tests, but that's also in !python3 branch. Will update it soon.

python-mock is only needed if built with python2: https://github.com/beaker-project/beaker/blob/6c633a346d81604f44d3aae949dbea7d6a059e2d/beaker.spec#L50-L65
