Your postinstall message is wrong. Arch has no dialout group, it's called uucp instead. See wiki and also the non-bin configurators postinstall message.

I've replaced the MD5 with SHA256 and updated it.

Seems like the md5sum is incorrect. The upstream file hashes to fc926c072d6b50408133200f1f929b07 for me.
