Okay, Enabling the "Window Frame" option under Betterdiscord > Settings > Window preferences fixed it.
I have no idea why the other installer didn't have this issue.

This installer works… but it also removes the top bar in Gnome since forever.
Something about betterdiscord-installer makes it work better in my case…
