url= must not be an array.

@mumekunkel: I don't have push rights since I'm not the maintainer, EDIT: Oh you mean, yeah it's currently down, will be back up in a week.
@Jristz: You may pull: 0001-Updated-URL-array-fixed.patch ->

@choopm: your url is also broken

Yeah aparently they change the package without bumpung the version, well I hope now thanks to Choopm, this package work fine.

This package is broken: md5sum is incorrect, download URL has changed (old one's still valid) and the upstream URL changed too since QLogic adopted Brocades drivers in early 2014.
Here's an up-to-date PKGBUILD:
See the changes:

I already changed the info and manually installed it, so I won't be able to check if this installs fine or not. Hopefully someone else can help quality check it. If anyone has this issue in the future, you can change the md5sum in the pkgbuild and install it manually.

Jristz commented on 2014-08-13 04:35

I recheck and redo the PKGBUILD, if this not fix the problem, then is a problem in the package itself.

I'm getting a md5 checksum error when I try to install this package. The md5 sum I get from two websites ( and is: a226e334811b65895e32a1fab158103b. So I don't know if the maintainer of isn't updating the pkgbuild, or if these two are broken files that shouldn't be used for the source.

Getting an invalid md5sum error. This is the md5sum that I hashed from the package: 022f206b2ce29787c4b96be54ed272b5
