Why was this flagged out of date? Package is current with upstream release.

Finalization is not working with LibreOffice 3.4.
I have submitted a patch upstream to fix it. (It's kind of hackish and not yet thoroughly tested, so use at your own risk).

I tried my export PYTHONPATH suggestion on a fresh installation of LO/bibus, and it did not fix the issues: your solution suggested in the bug report on FlySpray did.

Actually finalization is working fine for me here...
How can I reproduce your issue and what errors do you get?
I've only tested a simple document tough I've tried several different styles and 4 references at a time...

Finalization was also broken for me with go-oo some time ago.
I'll check out what I can do to try to fix it.

export PYTHONPATH=$PYTHONPATH:/usr/lib/libreoffice/basis-link/program

Placing this line in /etc/profile.d/libreoffice.sh (similar to the file that was present in the openoffice package) will fix most of the issues with LibreOffice integration in Bibus, although at this point finalization is broken.
