I updated the package yesterday, as it was flagged out-of-date.
There is no newer version of bing available, since it is no longer developed. There is an experimental 1.3.5 version, but the homepage suggested that it is infact a bunch of thrown together code, that only might compile.
In the updated package, I updated the PKGBUILD to comply with guidelines and updated the URLs from the ubuntu source repository.
