Looks like the source file format changed to RAR. I had to change the extenssion and the md5sum, and it installed fine. sourcelink from Bink website: http://www.radgametools.com/down/Bink/BinkLinuxPlayer.rar

BinkLinuxPlayer.zip has no version number in file name - so it will be often outdated because of wrong of checksums. Don't know if it is possible to turn off md5 check in PKGBUILD
