I greatly improved the PKGBUILD (building also the man and manual, and with proper installation of the skeleton files, to avoid the problem of @judorange), also had to add a patch for building the manual. Oh, and no there is no bug in icmake about the name of the installed binary, just RTFM... Or let me adopt it, if you prefer.

If you get an error like "/usr/share/bisonc++/bisonc++base.h" not found, you can manually copy the necessary files from the bisonc++ tar.gz(check inside the "skeletons" directory). Do "mkdir /usr/share/bisonc++" before.

The built package is empty. This can be fixed by replacing "../../pkg" with "${pkgdir}" in the PKGBUILD's build() function.
