bitmask-dev doesn't have support for VPN yet, I won't be replacing this until it does. I will make a seperate bitmask-dev package soonish to see where things are at.

Will this be replaced by bitmask-dev (https://github.com/leapcode/bitmask-dev) soon? That page says that bitmask_client has been deprecated.

Encrypted mail, used by mail.bitmask.net, needs gnupg1 to work. Please add it to dependencies.

the bitmask-gui needs qtwebkit. otherwise it tries to start but exits shortly after, because some qtwebkit stuff is missing.
installing qtwebkit from the official repositories solved this.

@mesmer oh, I didn't realise there was a exacutable called 'bitmask_cli'. OK I see now that it needs it, but I still can't find the official list of deps for it and the missing core is troubling me. You can see it in the tree but it isn't included in the tarball...

@DoctorJellyface the colorama is only for bismask_cli
the cli have 2 erros,
1 is the import of colorama(the bitmask uses this module), fix by the aur python2-colorama package
2 - the error in /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/leap/bitmask/cli/bitmask_cli.py that dont exist leap.bitmask.core, so just importleap.bitmask and the cli will run smooth

the bitmask itself dont need colorama, just the cli

@mesmer python2-secretstorage should be already satisfied, I added openvpn (thanks! I already had it installed and they didn't list it anywhere so I missed it) but I can't reproduce your colorama error - bitmask explicitly wants coloredlogs and installing colorama doesn't seem to make a difference.

Thanks mesmer, I had an upgrade, today, that included python2-secretstorage and another python2-keyring, and Bitmask is running. :-)

for install need
$gpg --recv-keys --keyserver hkp://pgp.mit.edu 5F22F428242BE85F
or pycryptopp wont install

need to put python2-secretstorage, openvpn and python2-colorama(for cli) as dependencies :)

withou secretsstorage he won't run after all, without colorama and withou change
from /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/leap/bitmask/cli/bitmask_cli.py
'from leap.bitmask.core import ENDPOINT' to 'import leap.bitmask' the cli wont run

and without openvpn the program itself will not connect

if you wanna fix it @kete run pacman -S python2-secretstorage

Should be fixed now, it only required a rebuild thankfully.
