No longer works, as the core package changed (bitrix24_desktop.rpm) and it's MD5 is different from what the PKGBUILD expects.
Either wait for the maintainer to update the build instructions, or download the PKGBUILD directly, modify md5sums to be caa0b340a7539c1f605f2bf70632bed5 instead (as of 19.12.2022, release version 14.2.12.72) and follow the makepkg install guide.
