Seems like python2-distribute is needed to build the package, so I guess it should go in makedepends.

Ok, two things: Firstly, don't use those "" in pkgver, pkgrel, ... They do no harm, but they aren't needed there. Secondly and really important, the package doesn't depend on python, but python2!
