@spider-mario That was it, thanks -- I apparently removed base-devel at some point without realizing. Thanks!

autom4te is part of the autoconf package, not automake. But not that it matters much, as AUR packages can assume that all of base-devel is installed:

Installation fails for me -- it tries to call autom4te, which isn't available on my system. (Despite having installed automake.) I'm not sure if this is an error on my end, in this package, or with automake.

Should be fixed now

@FFY00 any status on that [community] adoption? Building is currently broken for me:

/usr/bin/mono builder/bless-builder.exe Bless -nowarn:0169 -d:ENABLE_UNIX_SPECIFIC
>> Building module Bless.Util...
>> Building module Bless.Tools...
>> Building module Bless.Buffers...
/tmp/pkg/bless/src/bless-0.6.2/src/buffers/ByteBuffer.cs(674,52): error CS0104: `Range' is an ambiguous reference between `System.Range' and `Bless.Util.Range'
/usr/lib/mono/4.5/mscorlib.dll (Location of the symbol related to previous error)
/tmp/pkg/bless/src/bless-0.6.2/bin/Bless.Util.dll (Location of the symbol related to previous error)
Compilation failed: 1 error(s), 0 warnings
make: *** [Makefile:802: all] Error 1
==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build().

Perhaps take a look at the bless-git AUR package? That seems to build correctly for me.

I think this is right decision!

Hey, do you mind I move this to [community]?

spider-mario commented on 2019-07-17 21:23

The home page appears to be now.

automake is a dependency that is not noted here.
