That error I got was from yay in the terminal. If it's working for you maybe that's because of your local yay cache? I've cleared mine and the error persisted.

1.3.2 doesn't work from pamac but DOES work from the terminal (yay, makepkg, etc.); not sure why

This official package no longer includes the systemd service since it may cause issues with Bloop clients (cf. comments on PR #1284). It is now in a separate package bloop-systemd
