  1. Run the command apt download blueranger on ubuntu
  2. Copy deb to manjaro
  3. Install debtap on manjaro
  4. Use debtap to create an installation package
  5. pacman installs the installation package created by debtap

In addition, blueranger also needs /usr/bin/l2ping, maybe copied from ubuntu
