I'm using manjaro. After the last updates (boost and boost-libs 1.64.0-1) doesn't launch: ------ bombono-dvd: error while loading shared libraries: libboost_filesystem.so.1.63.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory -----

@a7arch report it upstream (https://github.com/muravjov/bombono-dvd/issues).

Kernel 4.4.61-1-MANJARO x86_64 Adding a media file (.mp4) to the media list crashes bombono (64bit), here the error message: --- [swscaler @ 0x250ae80] bad dst image pointers Segmentation fault --- But on a 32bit system (same os,kernel,etc.) everything works fine... and I'm opening the same media files!

I needed to install the libxml++2.6 package in order compile this. Can you add libxml++2.6 to the dependencies?

Version 1.2.4 requires g++ 6.1.1 to be linked with the latest boost version correctly.

Errors from the past have returned after a recent update to Arch. This seems to be a repetative issue. A cat and mouse game with packages. :/ scons: *** [build/src/mgui/stream_utils.o] Error 1 scons: building terminated because of errors. ==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build(). Aborting... ==> ERROR: Makepkg was unable to build bombono-dvd. ==> Restart building bombono-dvd ? [y/N] Also i noticed when i try to build another package "MintStick" from the AUR, i have a Error --pkg. Message. Not sure if this helps. But since both errors happened after this last round of updates. It might be an indicator where to look. Hopfully this gets fixed soon. Bombono is one of my favorite packages. I hate when it's not working. :(

Boost's fs::path::normalize has been removed now. This needs patching. My patch here: http://sprunge.us/AHhg

Hello, I had to : sudo chmod 777 /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/PyDrive-1.0.1-py2.7.egg-info/* to compile. hope it will help.

@nokangaroo: The latest g++ version is 5.3.0 and it compiles this package with no error without use of the hardening-wrapper package.

nokangaroo commented on 2015-12-10 17:39 (UTC)

hardening-wrapper should be added to the build deps. I had to install it to make the C++ "deleted function" error go away.
