@itsme, You're right.
$ /usr/bin/bomi - Successfully launched

$ whereis bomi
bomi: /usr/bin/bomi /usr/local/bin/bomi /usr/share/bomi /usr/share/man/man1/bomi.1.gz

The problem file was in /usr/local/bin/bomi

Thanks for helping me figure it out!

@Forum_Liker your binary is linked with:
libasslibass.so.9 => /usr/lib/libass.so.9 (0x00007f588378a000)
libbluray.so.2 => /usr/lib/libbluray.so.2 (0x00007f588310c000)

if you get this errors:
bomi: error while loading shared libraries: libass.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
bomi: error while loading shared libraries: libbluray.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
you execute a wrong bomi binary, not /usr/bin/bomi from this package

@Forum_Liker no, this file was removed from the libass library:
https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/libass/files/

something wrong with your local system, show me output of this command:
pactree -l bomi | pacman -Q
