@agomonos thanks for the effort. I'll add the dependencies and see if other users aren't having problems. The missing dependencies you mentioned were already included by installing the ones currently included in the package. Moving the QT5 libraries to the AUR likely removed some of the interdependencies, perhaps to minimize the number of compilations required.

@max.bra I think that there are some missing libraries in the package. Some of them are not directly linked to the binary file (maybe used at runtime). Using the following as depends works: "pcre" "openssl" "qt5-multimedia" "qt5-webchannel" "qt5-networkauth" "qt5-svg" "qt5-wayland" "qt5-webengine" "qt5-quickcontrols" "qt5-graphicaleffects"
I used a fresh install to test the program and seems to work.

@giovarch confirming that native version is broken (sorry my wife do not notify me :-D ), the wine one is working fine here. no overlapped text, all seems fine.
Maybe some kind of font problem caused by an incomplete wine environment? Giving you are not on a fresh install, did you follow related wikis?

@max.bra still the booktab-wine starts, load, login, download the books but display overlapped text, so that too is not usable! Thanks anyway, i guess ill use the laggy webpage :X

@max.bra The app just start with no error pop-ups, but displays nothing, if I start it by the terminal the behaivor is the same but i get this message on the console that is running it "TOTAL RAM: 14524100608" thats all, thanks for your help ill try the other package for now :)

@giovarch hey, I need to understand what's going on. Try running booktab from the command line. In the meantime, since you'll definitely need it since school has started, try the other version of the package: booktab-wine. It's the Windows version packaged with wine.

Hello, package is not working on my system, it starts, let me login to the Zanichelli account and loads nothing, i've installed qt-X wayland packages, to solve some starting issue that showed by launching the app on a terminal but still, cant get it to load anything.. Thanks for your work, hope this can be solved
