The source returns an 404 error.

It looks like the theme is failing to build. I'm getting what is probably an error for nearly the entire build:
as well as many lines prepended with "FAIL":
An earlier comment by bbaserdem claimed that the source was invalid so I will try editing the PKGBUILD and substituting the source with a working one locally and see what results I can get.

Your server seems to be down; and hence there is no source for this package.
This cursor style is awesome; i can't believe it's not hosted officially anywhere
