Can not install due to Yay expecting an older version of the package

The actual package is BricsCAD-V23.2.03-1-en_US-amd64.deb how should I proceed?
To build this package, please download the "English" version of the deb package from the official website and copy it into the build directory containing PKGBUILD file. Then, run the command makepkg -si to build and install the package.
Note:
If you remove the package, any files under the /var/bricsys/Components and /var/bricsys/RenderMaterials/UserMaterials folder WILL BE deleted! Backup these files before uninstall!
