error: package `clap_mangen v0.2.15` cannot be built because it requires
rustc 1.70.0 or newer, while the currently active rustc version is 1.63.0-nightly

rustup update solved this immediate issue.

Is there a version dependency missing? Or is rust preferred over rustup?

@czardien This package depends on rust to build. Have you skip installing it?
