Hey everybody, as previously mentioned by zhangyuhust, this only works with IPP !!(ipp://ip-address/ipp/print)!! So please do so instead of the automatic printer detection.

Mine works when I manually typed in the IP address of the printer and used IPP (ipp://ip-address/ipp/print)

Hi, this is most probably not an error with the package. Please see here: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/CUPS/Troubleshooting#Networking_issues

As an alternative, please try to use the printer's IP address instead of the MDNS .local hostname in the CUPS settings. A connection setting of lpd://IP/binary_p1 (replace IP by your local printer IP address) works fine for me.

Excuse me, but I can't make it work in my system. I tried to print with and without this driver, no sucess. Please help and what info should I report.

The error message: processing since Tue 02 Mar 2021 07:02:19 PM CET "Unable to locate printer "BRN3C2AF4DB7272.local"."
