Thanks for letting me know the file didn't download. It was out of date. I've updated the package and it will build now. Don't forget to also install the lpr part.

The URL the rpm file (http://download.brother.com/welcome/dlf103216/mfcl8900cdwlpr-1.2.0-0.i386.rpm) returns a 404. That package will not install.
