https://www.bubblesoftapps.com/bubbleupnpserver2/docs/config_overview.html

Default port is http://127.0.0.1:58050/

Flag as out of date when hash check fails, it mean a new version or rebuild is out, as upstream archives are unversioned sadly

Check new version at http://www.bubblesoftapps.com/bubbleupnpserver2/docs/changelog.html

can you change the dependency "jre7-openjdk-headless" to "java-runtime-headless-jre>=7"? "java-runtime-headless-jre" is provided by OpenJava AND Oracle Java. Also I think a JDK is a bit overpowered for BubbleUPNP. JRE is enough. EDIT: Instead of running the server as root.. you don't you create a new user for it? EDIT 2: Because this is a third party software with special license and folder structure, maybe you should install it to /opt?

Thanks! Fixed that.

==> Starting build()... /tmp/packerbuild-1000/bubbleupnpserver/bubbleupnpserver/PKGBUILD: line 18: unzip: command not found ==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build(). Aborting... The build failed. unzip should probably be added to the dependencies for build.

Please note that bubbleupnpserver is NOT a UPNP/DLNA server in its own right, and needs a backend such as mediatomb, minidlna, plex, whatever to feed it with media. The purpose of bubbleupnp is to transcode media in formats that Google/Android devices (such as ChromeCast) don't support into formats that are supported.
