The other tool (bump-my-version) is packaged in the AUR as https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/python-bump-my-version

Upstream (https://github.com/c4urself/bump2version) says the tool is unmaintained now and you should use https://github.com/callowayproject/bump-my-version

Package won't download in plain http.
