The 'cblrepo' package is provided by the Arch Haskell group's custom [haskell-core] respository. Check out the Arch Wiki for more info on setting that up with your /etc/pacman.conf, so as to avoid conflict with [extra]'s own Haskell packages.
If you want to install this without cblrepo (which doesn't make any sense, but whatever), just remove 'cblrepo' from the dependencies list in the PKGBUILD. Still, this package is just a simple Zsh script. So just download the script from Github if you want to play with it.

I'm not sure if I'm missing something; there is no package available that provides cblrepo. Should I create one, or is there a reason that package doesn't exist? And if there is a reason, how do I install this without that dependency?
