Please update the source to:

source=("https://caido.download/releases/v${pkgver}/caido-desktop-v${pkgver}-linux-x86_64.AppImage")

because the old URL will be inactive soon.

Thanks for your comment @D3vil0p3r.

You're right, the dependencies are no longer required in an AppImage build. I've removed them!

For the second point, yes, Caido AppImage also provides the CLI package. It's fixed now; let me know if the conflict persists.

Why do you need all those dependencies if it is an AppImage intended to have already the needed dependencies? Furthermore, the package is in conflict with caido-cli package because of:

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
caido-desktop: /usr/bin/caido-cli exists in filesystem (owned by caido-cli)

Is it correct that caido-desktop provides /usr/bin/caido-cli?

Oh, I see. My mistake, sorry for that. Thank you for checking this.

Make this build from source; this is not a -bin package.

No, this is a close source software, so now is correct.

Please kindly make this package compile from the openly available sources , rather than using a binary AppImage.

Please kindly give the source code address, since this is a close source software.

https://github.com/tauri-apps/tauri/issues/6949

That might be easier for debugging since our application is not open source.
