Thanks for the report, in a quick review it looks like the .tmpfiles was totally unneeded, so I just punted it! :)

When installing I get the following error:

(3/4) Creating temporary files...
/usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/calibre-server.conf:2: Failed to resolve user 'sonarr': No such process
/usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/calibre-server.conf:3: Failed to resolve user 'sonarr': No such process
/usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/calibre-server.conf:4: Failed to resolve user 'sonarr': No such process

Things I can spot at first glance:

  • Wrong package name (calibre-server-systemd)
  • Wrong user name (calibre)
  • Wrong group name (calibre)
  • Double line

Also this directory isn't even used in the service…
