Also, you don't need to copy the whole calligra directory.

With cmake you only need to create an empty directory and call cmake from there. See the stable repo koffice package.

You need to change the git address, as the one in your pkgbuild times out.

Here's the correct git address: git://anongit.kde.org/calligra

It is recommended by upstream that the libraries and applications are packaged separately:
https://projects.kde.org/projects/calligra/repository/revisions/master/entry/README.PACKAGERS
This is probably what will happen in the repositories for the stable versions, so you might want to consider doing that.
