Feel free to pick this up. I maintained this for six years now and haven't been using the modeler for the most part. Please also note that this has always been a binary package and has been around for way longer than "camunda-modeler-bin".

@student975 should be good now.

@sflor,

Please, look at https://forum.camunda.org/t/bpmn-file-as-cli-argument-for-the-modeler-howto/29347/4

And thanks for your maintaining!

@NPL Just append .png to the file name, then it will work.

Hi,

I installed camunda-modeler for the first time 2 days ago and I can't export the diagram to an image. Even a new diagram with noting inside.

Do you have the same issue ? https://github.com/camunda/camunda-modeler/issues/1699

Nicolas

Fixed. Thanks for the hint.

The current Camunda Modeler doesn't needs gconf anymore. Since gconf is legacy, not necessary and not in the official repository anymore, the dependency should be removed. I started the Modeler without gconf installed and it worked.

I hope it's better now!

Hi,

I'm having this error. /opt/camunda-modeler/camunda-modeler: error while loading shared libraries: libgconf-2.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

And it can be solved by installing gconf-3.2. I think gconf should be added as one of dependencies of this package.

Thank you.
