I updated the package to use git tags. Your aur helper probably won't pick that update up so you need to manually update one time. Sorry for that. Also experimental plugins are now also built.

(Remove previous version of this comment, where I mistakenly referred to this being the same error as in the comment below.) There's an error in the top-level Makefile in the repo. I fixed this in my PKGBUILD by adding: prepare() { cd "$srcdir/$pkgname" sed -i -e 's@source/modules/CarlaNative.h@source/includes/CarlaNative.h@' \ Makefile }

Sorry for having missed your comment jarch-jarch This is going to get fixed upstream in the next days. I won't update the package with a workaround as you shouldn't use it right now anyway. That's what you get for wanting to use the git version :D

Getting this error on both 64 and 32 builds: Makefile:118: recipe for target 'JackBridgeExport.cpp.win32e.o' failed make[1]: *** [JackBridgeExport.cpp.win32e.o] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory '/tmp/yaourt-tmp-j/aur-carla-bridges-win32-git/src/carla-bridges-win32-git/source/modules/jackbridge' Makefile:99: recipe for target 'source/modules/jackbridge.win32e.a' failed make: *** [source/modules/jackbridge.win32e.a] Error 2 ==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build(). Aborting... ==> ERROR: Makepkg was unable to build carla-bridges-win32-git. Saw down the comments someone else had something similar but it was a problem with the Carla package or something? Anyone else getting it? Thanks.

It's not my fault if namcap is wrong. python-pyqt4 is needed (try removing it, if you don't believe me) and it already has python3 as a dependency so there's no need to specify this again. libmagic is in file and file is in the base-devel group which should always be installed if you want to use the aur and those packages should not be included in the dependencies.

namcap has the following complaints: carla-git W: Referenced library 'python3\n#' is an uninstalled dependency carla-git E: Dependency file detected and not included (libraries ['usr/lib/libmagic.so.1'] needed in files ['usr/lib/vst/carla.vst/CarlaRackFX.so', 'usr/lib/lv2/carla.lv2/carla.so', 'usr/lib/vst/carla.vst/CarlaRack.so', 'usr/lib/carla/libcarla_standalone2.so', 'usr/lib/vst/carla.vst/CarlaPatchbayFX.so', 'usr/lib/vst/carla.vst/CarlaPatchbay.so']) carla-git W: Dependency included and not needed ('python-pyqt4')

and updated again.

Confirmed! Just recognized, your optional dependency zynaddsubfx-g2it doesn't exist. Looks like a typo to me.

Should work now according to falktx and does so on my machine.
