It is obvious that there are zero users of this off of AUR, as it never worked from here. So it does not hit the bar set out in AUR submission guidelines.
This CLI app was also never meant to be installed into the system, into read-only dirs. Because it wants to create a config file in the same dir where the executable is placed. So again, this means that a package for it is pointless to keep on AUR.
Also the app is amateurish, as it wants to store the user's online wiki account password in cleartext.

Could you please define unmantained?
The program has been working for years and you can even check by yourself when it ran and on what because it's public.
Go find it or setup mediawiki on your machine, test the software and provide proof it's not working correctly before filing further requests.
