Why does this package has the keyword python, while the source code is not python but rust?

Ahoj,

this programme is (after build) a compiled binary.

So, arch=('any') is wrong and you must explicitly list supported architectures (e.g. arch=('i686' 'x86_64' 'aarch64') etc.): 

cdwifi E: ELF file ('usr/bin/cdwifi') found in an 'any' package.

Also, according to namcap, you need to add depends=("openssl" "glibc"): 

cdwifi E: Dependency glibc detected and not included (libraries ['usr/lib/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2', 'usr/lib/libc.so.6', 'usr/lib/libm.so.6'] needed in files ['usr/bin/cdwifi'])
cdwifi E: Dependency openssl detected and not included (libraries ['usr/lib/libssl.so.3', 'usr/lib/libcrypto.so.3'] needed in files ['usr/bin/cdwifi'])

Also, you need to install the license into "/usr/share/licenses/${pkgname}/":
