Seems like this makepkg is currently broken, ce-toolchain has changed from .zip linux released to tar.gz so 404 is returned during install.

EDIT: Why did you change from tar.gz to zip in your version bump??

fyi this toolchain i believe packages a 32-bit fasmg so if you need to run this on a pure 64-bit system either enable multilib or get fasmg.x64 on your system and somehow point the toolchain to it
