Great package! Please move the target /etc/modules-load.d/uinput.conf to the regular package target /usr/lib/modules-load.d/cecdaemon.conf instead.

echo "uinput" > "$srcdir/../uinput.conf"

should be enough to take care of this.

Putting files in /etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/ does not look like a good practice. Please install the service in /usr/lib/systemd/system and let the user enable it.

Backup is not needed for /etc

uinput.conf is missing (not sure where it is supposed to come from as it is neither in source nor in git.
