This installs the latest version from git, so you must

rename it to changed-git (i.e. with -git suffix),
add provides=("changed"), conflicts=("changed") and, since a transition is needed,
replaces=("changed<=0.5.9.r1.gc29b0e6") (or whatever was the last version of the wrongly named package).
