File name is fine even for bsdtar -xf for current source. You may need to iconv 生成时列表_寄存器脚本.bat, etc...

Text file(not file name) is garbled even unar -e GBK and bsdunzip -O gbk in my test...

There are Chinese file names inside the zip archive. Using other decompression tools to test will cause the decompression file to be garbled and so on.

Would you remove unarchiver from makedeps? Non UTF-8 zip is extracted by bsdunzip -O.
