This package is out of date, I believe the latest git is 20110714-1

PKGBUILD updated...

I have tested both patches suggested by desaparecido y gauthma and both worked pretty fine. If the git url is not corrected in the PKGBUILD you got a timeout, also if quotes are not corrected in conflicted packages choqok is not properly removed.

desaparecido commented on 2011-02-06 14:38 (UTC)

the correct git root is git://anongit.kde.org/choqok.git builded successfully...

gauthma commented on 2011-02-02 20:33 (UTC)

There are a couple of errors with the PKGBUILD: - where "conflicts=('choqok-svn choqok')", it should be ('choqok-svn' 'choqok'). I just attempted to install this with choqok installed, and pacman failed to detect any dependency conflict... - the git root is wrong (out of date?). Using it always results in timeout. The correct one is: git://anongit.kde.org/choqok This is also wrong in choqok's site download page, but if you go to the development tab, and click on the link for the Official KDE Git repo, you'll get the correct url.

Solved. When installing choqok-git docbook-xml gets installed before. Thanks.

RoozbehShafiee commented on 2010-11-09 18:46 (UTC)

I added docbook-xml to makedepends ! test it again :)

mr_spuck commented on 2010-11-09 18:26 (UTC)

Same for me. Installing docbook-xml fixed the problem for me. Therefore I suggest to include docbook-xml as a build dependency.

Does not work for me, using kdemod on 64bit. ...
