@Terence Even, with PSD disabled I'm still having to restore Chrome after startup. How are you running the script at shutdown?

@zerophase It works for me with any number of windows opened so maybe it comes from psd; could you please try with the new version and with psd disabled?

@Terence I'm running Chrome 52.0.2743.116-1, and using Profile-sync-daemon to store Chrome's profile in ram and sync it back to disk.

@zerophase Hmm this is weird could you please tell me which version of chrome you are using?

zerophase commented on 2016-08-13 07:55 (UTC) (edited on 2016-08-13 18:44 (UTC) by zerophase)

@Terence Well, it only works for closing 2 Chrome Windows. I'm guessing you need a while loop to handle an unknown amount of open Chromes. Still getting the restore chrome dialog too, and Chrome extensions crash. (Think that might just be an incompatibility between gnome and cinnamon)

@zerophase Indentation should be fixed now, thanks for the feedback so far.

@Terence just updated it. Looks like there might be a whitespace issue in chrome-shutdown-hook.

Terence commented on 2016-08-12 11:38 (UTC)

@zerophase sorry should be fixed when you use multiple windows now.

zerophase commented on 2016-08-12 04:36 (UTC)

@Terence you're code seems to be kind of working. Usually I have multiple Chrome windows open. Since, the update I've been getting notifications about Chrome crashing for one of the Windows I have open.

@zerophase There was a problem with the code preventing it to actually work so please try again, thanks.
