Please replace

source=("$pkgname-$pkgver.crx::https://github.com/ClearURLs/Addon/releases/download/$pkgver/ClearURLs-1.12.4-chrome.crx")

with

source=("$pkgname-$pkgver.crx::https://github.com/ClearURLs/Addon/releases/download/$pkgver/ClearURLs-$pkgver-chrome.crx")

in the PKGBUILD. Otherwise I am getting

==> ERROR: Failure while downloading https://github.com/ClearURLs/Addon/releases/download/1.24.1/ClearURLs-1.12.4-chrome.crx

Also bump version to 1:1.23.1 given the removal of 1.24.1 upstream
